Please join us in welcoming Ellen Plummer as the Community Development Coordinator at the Center for Multi-Religious Studies!
“I’m thrilled to welcome Ellen as the Center’s first Community Development Coordinator as part of her MDiv. field work studies at Starr King School for the Ministry. Ellen’s diverse background in grant stewardship, program coordination, and interreligious dialogue will be of incredible benefit to the CMRS during its first semester and year.” – Dr. Som Pourfarzaneh, Director of the Center for Multi-Religious Studies
Ellen is a part-time MDiv. student at Starr King. She was raised in Mexico, schooled in New England, and currently lives and works in Blacksburg, Virginia located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Over years in the non-profit, government, and higher education settings, Ellen has loved learning, teaching, and bringing administrative energy to worthy causes.
“I am excited to do what I can to contribute to the success of the Center. Our futures as justice-amplifying religious leaders includes expanding our religious and theological understandings and applying them in all manners of ministry.” – Ellen Plummer
