Monday, September 18, 2017 at 12:05pm
Stewart Chapel, San Francisco Theological Seminary
105 Seminary Road, San Anselmo, CA

Rev. Scott Clark (SFTS Chaplain and Associate Dean of Students) will be preaching.  Before coming to seminary, Rev. Clark practiced constitutional law for 12 years, working on cases involving employment discrimination, Equal Protection claims, and First Amendment media access.  On Monday, we will reflect on constitutional checks and balances on abuse of power, current concerns that we may be facing a constitutional crisis, and our opportunities for empowerment under the Constitution.  Scott will be preaching on 1 Samuel 8:10-24, and the title of his sermon is “Constitutional Crisis.”
