Introducing the Center for Multi-Religious Studies
Starr King School for the Ministry has announced the creation of the Center for Multi-Religious Studies (CMRS), a premier hub for the academic and vocational exploration of multi-religious identity and practice. Officially launched during Starr King’s Annual Symposium on January 8, the Center’s mission is to further the study of multi- religious identities, practices, ritual arts, and education.
The first of its kind, the Center for Multi-Religious Studies will offer graduate-level courses, research, symposia, and public programs that advance scholarship and dialogue about multi- religious spiritual formation, ritual arts, education, and their interrelated dimensions.
