Dr. Sanzgiri holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, and specializes in transformational organizational change, the reinvention of work, and pedagogies from a spiritual perspective.
Dr. Sanzgiri has served as faculty and administrator at several Bay Area colleges and universities, including: New College, California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant University, and the University of Creation Spirituality. Her poetry has received national acclaim, appearing in publications such as Living in America, Synthesis, Quest, and Calapoova Collage.
She continues to present at the National Academy of Management and the National Organization Development Conferences. Most recently, she was an invited delegate to the International Conference on Psychology and Business in Capetown, South Africa. She publishes regularly in the areas of cross-cultural and international approaches to practice in national and international journals.
She consults with the private and public sectors in the US and South East Asia, and has been honored as one of the ten most influential women in the field of Organization Development by Benedictine University.
