Starr King Courses
Starr King School for the Ministry offers full-semester, half-semester and one-day intensive courses in the fall and spring. We also offer week-long intersession and summer term courses, as well as immersion courses in locations outside of Berkeley.
Our classes are open to the general public as well as Starr King and Graduate Theological Union degree candidates on a space-available basis.

Our online courses are especially geared to Unitarian Universalist students in non-Unitarian Universalist schools, prospective students, ministers seeking continuing education, and interested lay people. Starr King students must make a special request to SKSM faculty to take an online course.
Occasionally, courses are cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. Cancellations are noted, as they occur, in these course lists.
Starr King core faculty, associate faculty and graduate students teach our courses.
Students enrolled in a degree program at Starr King School (or any other Graduate Theological Union school) should follow the registration processes outlined by their school’s registrar. Starr King’s processes are listed in the Starr King Student Handbook (password required to view).
